She has over a decade of experience on national and international deals across sectors including Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, NBFC, Healthcare, F&B, Mining, Technology, etc., and advises Clients on all corporate legal matters on a day-to-day basis.
She is a specialist in handling various corporate transactions such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Joint Ventures, Private Equity investments, Angel Investments, legal due diligence, commercial contracts, and alternate dispute resolution mechanisms. She is well-versed in Corporate Law.
She co-heads the Corporate Team on corporate transactions and advisory work and represents Clients before various courts and forums regularly.

She has been a guest faculty at various online and offline sessions on M&A and allied practices areas.

Dr. Justice M. Jaichandren has a stellar legal career spanning over four decades.
He holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Law, with a gold medal in his final semester. He also holds a Ph.D. in Human rights from the University of Madras.
He successfully practiced as a lawyer in several corporate, civil, criminal, consumer, labour, administrative and debt recovery matters. He represented the Government (Writs Side) before the Madras High Court and was on the panel of several government organizations as a Senior Counsel. He also taught constitutional law and other subjects for over 16 years.
He served as a Judge of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras for over 11 years during such tenure he passed prominent judgements in several cases. He has addressed several National and International conferences. He was an ‘international visitor’ to the U.S.A. as a guest of the U.S. Government on issues relating to Human rights. He was the first president of the ‘International Visitors Alumni Association’. He was invited to participate in the prestigious International ‘Salzburg Seminar on Human Rights’ in Austria.
He was the President of the ‘Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy’ and he conducted numerous international, national, and regional conferences, seminars, and workshops on various legal topics, including training for judicial officers. He was the chairman of the Human Rights Committee for the Government of Puducherry.
He received the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ from Saveetha University.
Dr. Justice M. Jaichandren provides legal advice and legal support to several corporates. He is on the Boards of Management of various educational, social, cultural, and service associations/organisations. He is an independent director of a Japanese Company.
He continues to be appointed and has handled many commercial arbitrations as an arbitrator. As a Senior Advocate, he represents cases before the Supreme Court of India.
