He completed a program on ‘Value Creation through Mergers and Acquisitions’ from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is a member of the ‘Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ and the prestigious ‘Corporate Governance Institute, UK and Ireland’.
He co-authored the book, ‘Supreme Court on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code’ published by Lexis Nexis, India’s leading publisher.
He is a Governing Council Member of the ‘Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry’ focussing on the India-Japan Industrial sector for over three decades. He was instrumental in completing an economic survey on ‘Indian Industry expectations from Japanese Companies in Tamil Nadu’.
He is a co-founder of ‘Beej Network’, an Angel Investment Network involved in funding, mentoring, and supporting start-ups.
Suman organised a unique ‘Issue resolution summit’ for many foreign companies and successfully resolved issues on a fast-track mode with the support of Invest India-Central Government of India and Guidance Bureau-State Government of Tamil Nadu. He has been actively engaged in the international arena to attract foreign investments into India. He organised several India-focused programs with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, ITPO Tokyo.

Dr. Justice M. Jaichandren has a stellar legal career spanning over four decades.
He holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Law, with a gold medal in his final semester. He also holds a Ph.D. in Human rights from the University of Madras.
He successfully practiced as a lawyer in several corporate, civil, criminal, consumer, labour, administrative and debt recovery matters. He represented the Government (Writs Side) before the Madras High Court and was on the panel of several government organizations as a Senior Counsel. He also taught constitutional law and other subjects for over 16 years.
He served as a Judge of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras for over 11 years during such tenure he passed prominent judgements in several cases. He has addressed several National and International conferences. He was an ‘international visitor’ to the U.S.A. as a guest of the U.S. Government on issues relating to Human rights. He was the first president of the ‘International Visitors Alumni Association’. He was invited to participate in the prestigious International ‘Salzburg Seminar on Human Rights’ in Austria.
He was the President of the ‘Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy’ and he conducted numerous international, national, and regional conferences, seminars, and workshops on various legal topics, including training for judicial officers. He was the chairman of the Human Rights Committee for the Government of Puducherry.
He received the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ from Saveetha University.
